I am Late… What Should I do?
Your ticket reserves a specific entry window, so pick the time closest to when you plan to arrive.
• ⏰ If you arrive a little early, we’ll try to get you in if space allows.
• 🚶 If you arrive a little late, you can still use your ticket that same evening.
• 🔒 If we’re sold out when you arrive, you may need to wait until more guests can enter.
You don’t need a new ticket or a time change. If you arrive outside your window, just let the box office know. Check the website before heading out to make sure tickets are still available for that time.

Parking?
We always recommend ride-share. It’s the smoothest, quickest way to arrive and leave Frosty’s. 🚗💫 Valet companies may operate near the property on select nights, but they aren’t affiliated with Frosty’s and pricing may vary. Limited metered and street parking is available, but spots go fast. Please be kind to our neighbors while you’re out there spreading that holiday energy.
